We're currently inviting kind, observant individuals to help us nurture our in-store environments through our Mystery Shopper program in our Bali stores.

What this experience looks like

If chosen to participate, you'll simply visit one of our stores as a regular guest, then complete a short, thoughtful reflection form within 24 hours of your visit. Prior to your store visit, we'll provide gentle guidance to help you observe our stores – from the unique energy, service, and overall atmosphere, to how our conscious offerings are shared to our community.


The time commitment for this program will be:

⟡ 20–30 minutes in-store

⟡ Completing the feedback form within 24 hours after your visit

What compensation will I receive?

⟡ After completing the store visit, Mystery Shoppers must submit their evaluation through the provided questionnaire.

⟡ The submitted review will be evaluated by the company's team.

⟡ Participants who successfully complete the assignment and meet the evaluation criteria will receive a voucher worth IDR 500,000 as a reward.
